Operating for the past 20 years as a consortium, Geocom has under gone metamorphosis and developed into an ultramodern Limited Liability Company that makes use of modern technology in the survey and mapping industry projecting and elevating building construction, civil engineering and real estate’s development.

We have established an enviable reputation as a dependable partner in the delivery of various services that meets different clients need with varying budget lines. Festus Mawuli Kluvitsey

Surveyor and Group Head (CEO)

Festus is currently the CEO of Geocom Company Limited. Acquiring 15 years work experience in survey and mapping complimented with project management, he’s supervised national and international survey and mapping assignments. Amongst the list of clientele he has consulted for the past 15 years are Jospong Group of Companies (Zoomlion Ghana Ltd & Zoompak Ghana Ltd), Government of the Republic of Ghana (Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development & Accra Metropolitan Assembly) and other corporate institutions – both in Ghana and the diaspora. Festus holds an MSC in Geographic Information Science, an MA in Conflict, Peace and Security from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) and MA in Business Consulting and Project Management.

Ing Emmanuel Sessou

Structural Engineering & Project Management

Emmanuel is a Civil Engineer and he specializes in the project management, planning, design and construction supervision of structural, water and waste water systems. He also has a wide experience of in infrastructural works including real estate and composite structures. He’s got multidisciplinary project management skills and wide experience in World Bank, EU, AfDB, IDA and DANIDA-funded infrastructure projects in Africa and has an extensive experience in the tendering and administration of FIDIC Contracts and the technical and financial contract administration.

Ayi Akunor Kwadwo

Technical Manager

Ayi has over a decade years of experience in the built environment. He has designed and managed major high rise buildings in Ghana. His use of green technology makes his design environmentally friendly. He was the Deputy Projects Manager on several projects including the Palm Royal Hotel. He is currently the Technical Manager relating to all the operations (including Building and Construction) of Geocom Company Limited. He holds a Project Management Certificate in Building Construction.

Nana Yaw Korankye Oteng

Site Engineering Manager

Nana Yaw has over 20 years of experience in the built environment. He has designed and managed major high rise buildings in Ghana. His use of morden architecture with a blend of mediaeval architecture always makes his work stand out. His use of green technology makes his design environmentally friendly

Sterling Sabblah

Construction Management

Sterling is a Civil Engineer by profession specializing in the initiation, management, monitoring and control of construction projects. He has carried out these capacities on projects of significant scope and value including industrial buildings, commercial buildings and terminals. He’s got experiences ranging from contracts administration, scheduling and co-ordination of projects, co-ordination of sub-contractors’ schedules and activities. He has worked on a number of projects with both local and expatriate expertise at various levels.

Frederick Tetteh

Business Development & Communications Manager

Frederick has core skills and knowledge in Administration and Public Relations, having had over ten(10) years experience in this role, has license as a Mindset Coach from South Korea due to his knowledge in Emotional Intelligence. Currently, Mr Tetteh also doubles up as the Director of Administration with the International Mind Education Institute -Ghana. He has served on various committees both governmental and non- government organizations. Fred is an HR Professional and holds an MA in Development Communications.
